Professional Health Care Services, Inc. is a family-owned company that provides qualified nurses, aides, companions and hospital sitters. WE ARE CAREGIVERS FOCUSED ON THE NEEDS OF YOUR LOVED ONES. General assistance as well as excellent health care services is provided in either the home or hospital.

Professional Health Care Services, Inc. is also a community resource functioning as a placement or referral agency in order to assist families and caregivers in locating services, support and residential care facilities for their loved ones.

All of the facilities maintained by PHCSI ® must adhere to a higher standard than the basic state licensing requirements.

Penny Byram

      PHCSI founder and President, Penny Byram is a busy body and 24 hours do not seem to be enough to accomplish what she sets to do for a day as a Professional Health Care Entrepreneur and an individual with other concerns “to make this place a better place to live in”. Penny’s God-endowed gifts are many and transcend her rola as the president of Professional Health Care Services Inc. which has guided for more than 10 years now. Her sights extend beyond her business world as she feels the knock on her heart that many things need to be done. And she is willing to put words into action.

      Penny is also active in the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County and other business and professional organization with a king of involvement whose depth springs from her inner desire to share her talents to the community.

At Rotary Club of Santa Ana North where she served as its past president, her altruism has gained a deeper meaning through the many programs of her Club which she steered to successful conclusions for the benefits of the community. Offshore, she was able to extend the humanitarian outreach her Club by forging sisterhood relationships with two Rotary Clubs in the Philippines which will serve as conduits for extending assistance and strengthening relationships. She has just been elected Vice President of her local Rotary Club.

Penny lights up whenever she thinks of things she could do for her fellowmen. That’s also her source of energy.
